Shipping Methods

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery & Delays

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at Purplegrovelavender@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review and help make it right.
