Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! We carefully craft our products with gentle, natural ingredients and avoid harsh chemicals. Because everyone’s skin is unique, we always recommend doing a small patch test first to make sure your skin loves it as much as we do.
What if a product melts or freezes?
Because our products are handmade with natural ingredients such as tallow, they can be sensitive to heat or cold. If a balm melts and then returns to room temperature, you might notice some grittiness this is normal and doesn’t affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.
Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?
We do not test on animals, and we carefully source our ingredients from small, trusted farms. Some of our balms contain beef tallow and beeswax from local beekeepers, so they aren’t vegan but every ingredient is chosen with care, sustainability, and respect for the land, animals, and pollinators.
How long do your products last? (Shelf life)
Most of our products last 6–12 months when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Because we avoid harsh preservatives, keeping them protected helps maintain their freshness, scent, and effectiveness.
Are you organic?
While we aren’t officially certified organic, we grow and source with care, using sustainable practices and avoiding harmful chemicals especially with our pollinators around. Our focus is on creating safe, natural, and earth honoring products that reflect the health of our farm and the land we love.
What if my product breaks or spills during shipping?
We carefully package every item to prevent damage, but accidents can happen in transit. If your product actually breaks or spills out of its container, please contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right. Claims that aren’t accurate may not be eligible for replacement.
